Dressage Masterclass Pty Ltd, (ABN 49 608 794 841) (herein “Dressage Masterclass“), agree to provide you, our customer, (herein, “you“, “your“), with access to our online ticketing system and shop under the terms and conditions as set out below.
Please read these terms and conditions carefully before using the Dressage Masterclass online ticketing system and shop. By using this site, you are agreeing to be bound by these terms of use. If you do not agree to any of the following terms, do not use the site.
The following conditions are for sale and attendance at the event or purchase of any item from our online shop:
1. Refunds & Exchanges Policy
There are NO REFUNDS or EXCHANGES on any ticket or product except as required by law.
2. Currency
All transactions are done in Australian dollars (AUD) only.
3. Issuing of tickets
Tickets will only be issued upon full payment.
4. Box Office Sales
Subject to availability and if applicable, tickets will be available for purchase at the box office one hour prior to each performance.
5. Right to admission
The right to admission is reserved by box office staff at the venue.
6. Valid ticket required for admission
Every patron must have a valid ticket.
7. Search of person/possessions prior to entry
It may be a condition of entry to the performance that a search of person and/or their possessions will be required at the time of the entry to the venue.
8. Admission of Latecomers
Latecomers will not be admitted until there is a convenient break in the program, if at all, and admission is at the discretion of the box office personnel on the night of the performance.
9. Filming & Photography
Cameras, video cameras and other recording devices are not permitted to be used during the performance.
10. Resale of tickets & scalping
Tickets may not, without the prior written consent of Dressage Masterclass Pty Ltd, be resold or offered for resale at a premium (including via on-line auction or other unauthorised resale sites) or used for advertising, promotion or other commercial purposes (including competitions and trade promotions) or to enhance the demand for other goods or services. If a ticket is sold or used in breach of this condition, the ticket may be cancelled without a refund and the ticketholder may be refused admission. Dressage Masterclass Pty Ltd will take all reasonable steps to notify you of Dressage Masterclass Pty Ltd’s intention to cancel the ticket or render it invalid within a reasonable time before cancelling it or rendering it invalid. SCALPING WARNING: The resale of tickets in certain circumstances is governed by ticket sales legislation and may attract criminal penalties.
11. Agreement to these terms
By clicking the “Finalise Order” button, you are agreeing to the above terms and conditions of sale, including the refund and exchanges sections. All orders are subject to credit card approval and billing address verification.

You understand and agree that all materials, services and information (“materials”) presented on this web site are the property of this web site. You agree not to reproduce, copy, or otherwise duplicate such materials without the express permission of Dressage Masterclass. You further understand that any materials presented on this web site are intended solely for your use of this web site. Dressage Masterclass shall not be liable to you for, and you hereby assumes all risk of, and waive all claims against Dressage Masterclass in respect of any damage whatsoever in connection with your use of this web site (whether based upon contract, tort, negligence, warranty, product liability, strict liability, and/or otherwise and whether or not Dressage Masterclass has been notified of the possibility of such damage) resulting from, or arising out of, its services or your use of this web site.
Dressage Masterclass Pty Ltd assumes no responsibility for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in transmission, or line failure and reserves the right to add, withdraw or substitute artists (with the exception of Ingrid Klimke) and to vary the program or seating capacity should the need arise.

15. Cancellation
General
In the unforeseen circumstance that the event is required to be cancelled, you will be contacted and a full refund will apply. There will be no further compensation, other than the value of purchase made through the Dressage Masterclass online ticketing system.
